Apply Process:
i- Applicants must be Pakistani citizens and have the
domiciles of District Peshawar, Khyber, Mohmand respectively District Malakand
and District Chitral, who are advised to read the following instructions
carefully before completing the relevant application forms available on the
WAPDA website (www.wapda. gov.pk) and send the application to the undersigned
within 15 days after publication
ii- No application will be accepted after the due date.
iii- All candidates will be nominated accordingly.
iv- Employees who work must apply in the prescribed manner.
An earlier copy of the application, however, may be sent without the receipt of
NOC. The nominee will not be allowed to appear in the interview if he or she
fails to issue a NOC to the relevant Department.
v- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to be tested
/ interviewed.
vi- No TA / DA will be acceptable to candidates for the
Skills / Negotiation test.
vii- Government / Wapda Employees who have completed two
years and continue to work on the closing date of application will be accepted,
with a leave of 10 years.
viii- Normal annual leave is included in the years specified
in each section. No other age restriction is allowed within the prescribed age
limits except for the 03-year break for the designated candidates, the Buddhist
community. A 10-year leave disqualifies candidates and the 05-year-old child of
those WAPDA employees who died during an appeal service against the child
workers' vacancies.
ix- Original documents must be submitted by the candidates
during the interview.
x- Dismissed employees who are fired or who are covered for
future employment insurance are not allowed to apply.
xi- Applications / documents submitted by the candidates
will be at risk and will be paid by the applicant. Any documents found to be
fraudulent in any category, at the time of importation or after execution, will
be terminated.
xii- WAPDA reserves the right to reserve / cancel the entire
recruitment process at any stage. The number of vacancies may also be increased
or decreased by the relevant authority.
xiii- Eligibility for a candidate will be determined on the
basis of an academic record.
Xiv- Applicants will send the duly completed application
forms and a copy of the education / degree certificates, accommodation, CNIC
and two recent passport size photographs to the office in due course.
xv- Candidates contesting a disability grant may provide a
disability certificate and an application from the relevant government
department.
xvi - Only WPDA staff members will be considered for
nomination in opposition to the Employee Children Quota.
xvii- Incomplete applications containing incorrect
information will be rejected.
xviii- All candidates are required to produce a “NADRA
Vaccination Certificate issued by COVID-19” (itself) during the examination /
interview.
