Apply Process:
- Applicants must be a Pakistani citizen with the Swabi District and Haripur District are advised to read the following instructions carefully before completing the relevant application form available on the WAPDA website (www.wapda.gov.pk) and apply to sign within 15 days of publication in the newspaper.
- No application will be accepted after the due date.
- All candidates will be selected accordingly.
- Employees should use With the Relevant Channel, a copy of the application in advance, however, can be sent without receiving NOC. The nominee will not be allowed to appear in the Interview, if he or she fails to remove the N.OC from the relevant department.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a competency test.
- Skill will be tested for posts for Technical as according to WAPDA Rules.
- No TA / DA will be acceptable to candidates for a skills test.
- Government / WAPDA employees who have completed 02 years of continuous operation on the closing date for applications will be allowed to rest for 10 years up to 55 years.
- Regular age breaks are already included in the age specified in each section. No other age restrictions are allowed within the prescribed age limits except for the 03 years of planned cut-off candidates, the Buddhist community, 10 years of disability and five years for the children of those WAPDA employees who died working and applying for staff quota vacancies.
- Original documents must be submitted by the candidates during the interview. Candidates who have been fired or who are covered for future employment insurance are not allowed to apply.
- The application / documents submitted by the candidates will be at the risk and expense of the applicant. Any documents found to be untrue in any category, at the time of importation or subsequent processing will result in their termination.
- WAPDA reserves the right to reserve / cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage.
- The number of advertised vacancies may increase / decrease at any stage by the Competent Authority.
- The eligibility of a candidate will be determined on the basis of the academic record.
- Only children of WAPDA employees are eligible to apply against WAPDA employees. Employees of DESCOs, GENCOs, NTDC, etc. They do not have the right to apply for a quota reserved for the children of WAPDA employees. An applicant who opposes the child labor allowance is required to submit a new certificate from the father's / mother's office stating that neither his or her son or daughter has been nominated by WAPDA against the child labor allowance.
- Applicants will send the duly completed application forms and a copy of the academic record, residence, CNIC and two recent passport size photographs to the office within a reasonable time.
- Nominees to apply for a disability grant must submit a disability certificate and an application from the relevant Government Department.
- Incomplete / incorrect requests must be rejected.
- The applicant will send a copy of the Covid-19 Immunization Certificate issued by NADRA together with the application. Only those who will be called for a skills test / interview will be vaccinated against Covid-19 and submit a Real Immunization Certificate during the competency test.
